The contract is worth over $25 million over 5 years and requires EHS to provide IT infrastructure services, Research, Development, Test & Evaluation, Computer Operations, and Next Generation Enterprise Network administration support services. EHS has been supporting NSWCPD's IT infrastructure for over 8 years, most recently as subcontractor, and now EHS is pleased to shoulder prime responsibility in supporting this critical component of the Navy's mission over the next 5 years. "The contract was a key win for EHS because it continues work we previously had been performing for the Navy in Philadelphia, under two previous contracts since 2008" commented EHS President Bill Eckerle. This contract award marks the 3rd prime contract award to EHS in the past 4 months, amounting to nearly $63 million in recent contracts awarded to EHS. The first contract is from a new customer for EHS, the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division in Bethesda, MD. The contract is worth approximately $8 million and requires EHS to provide cybersecurity services to the US Navy. The second contract which was awarded on 9/30/16 is from the NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (IHEODTD) in Indian Head, Maryland. That contract is worth approximately $29 million and requires EHS to provide a wide range of engineering and logistics services in support of "energetics" which are either propellants or explosives used across all platforms in the Navy's arsenal (i.e. aircraft, ships and submarines). "These contracts are key wins for EHS because in the Bethesda case, we now have a new customer that we can support with our expanding cybersecurity practice" commented EHS President Bill Eckerle. Mr. Eckerle also stated that "The contract at NSWC IHEODTD is in part a follow-on to two previous contracts that we had with that Naval activity and will allow us to continue supporting the warfighter with the weapons and energetic propulsion systems that are needed to deliver the weapons to their targets".
Oct-2015MOORESTOWN, NJ - EHS Technologies Corporation (EHS) was recently notified in the last two weeks of the Government Fiscal Year that numerous proposals that it had submitted as a prime or subcontractor were accepted by the Government and resulted in the award of six new contracts. Two of the contracts were awarded to EHS as the Prime contractor. One was from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division in Philadelphia and the other with the Cartridge Actuated Device/Propellant Actuated Device (CAD/PAD) Joint Program Office (JPO) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (IHEODTD) in Indian Head, Maryland. The contract in Philadelphia was for network engineering services for U.S. Naval Surface Ships and is valued at ~$3.6 million. 'The contract was a key win for EHS because it continues work we previously had been performing for the Navy in Philadelphia, San Diego and Norfolk under two previous contracts since 2008' commented EHS President Bill Eckerle. The contract at NSWC IHEODTD is to provide technical and administrative services to the CAD/PAD JPO and is new work for EHS. The other 4 contracts were awarded to EHS Prime contractor teaming partners in Philadelphia, Virginia and Florida. Two contracts were awarded for integrated logistic support services for the Navy surface ships. The Prime contractors for those contracts are Life Cycle Engineering and AMSEC. The contract in Virginia was awarded by the Marine Corps Systems Command. It was awarded to Patricio Enterprises and will enable EHS and Patricio to continue providing warehousing and logistic support services to the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Barstow, California. The last contract was awarded by the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa Florida and it was awarded to EHS Teaming Partner Eagle Support Services Corporation. That contract involves engineering and technical support services in support of SOCOM. 'We are very pleased with all of these wins' commented Mr. Eckerle. 'They allow us in some cases to continue work we have been performing for years and in the case of the SOCOM contract will enable us to now support a new customer that leads the US global fight on terrorism, as well as work in the Top Secret level of classification for the first time.'

This contract will enable EHS to continue to support an existing customer at NSWC Indian Head Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technology Division (IHEODTD) as well as potentially provide new services. This contract requires EHS to provide specialized Computer Engineering and Technical Support Services. Jan-2012EHS Awarded $16.6M Army contract for HITS. EHS was awarded a $16.6M contract from PEO STRI on 17th January 2012 to build, test, deliver and train the Home Station Instrumentation System (HITS). This training device will be delivered at Company and Battalion levels to 25 US Army locations both CONUS and OCONUS. EHS established an office in Orlando adjacent to PEO STRI in April 2009 having been awarded a $3.5M contract to support the PM, Training Devices (PM TRADE). This significantly larger contract consolidates EHS's position as a woman owned small disadvantaged business supporting the US Army.
