EHS Technologies is proud to announce that we were ranked as one of the Top Workplaces for 2024 by the Philadelphia Inquirer in the small business category. The Top Workplace rankings are determined by employee feedback on various culture drivers related to an organization’s success, including pay, work-life balance, values, inclusion, motivation, leadership and more. Employers earn Top Workplaces recognition if their aggregated employees feedback score exceeds national benchmarks. Employers are grouped into similar sizes to best compare similar employee experiences.

EHS proudly scored over 90% for all culture categories. Two notable highlights are 96% of EHS employees felt they had a positive work-life balance as well as ranking in the top 1% for keeping employees in the loop on work related news.

EHS Technologies is a small business, headquartered in Moorestown, NJ. Founded in 1996, EHS has significant experience providing top tier engineering, IT, cybersecurity, logistics, infrastructure, and environmental support services. With over 140 employees, EHS supports all components of the DoD with specific emphasis on the Department of the Navy. EHS is positioned to provide responsive support to our customers. We have satellite offices in Philadelphia PA and Indian Head MD supporting NSWCPD and NSWCIH & the EOD Tech Division. Additionally, we actively support the Joint Base Maguire- Dix – Lakehurst and Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. We have a long history of legacy support to the Army’s PEO/STRI command in Orlando and maintain a presence in FL as well. With our diverse client base, repeated business requests from our existing clients and the growth of new clientele, EHS conducted approximately $23 million of business in fiscal year 2023 and is poised for growth in 2024 and beyond.
